Aeroflex TPG

This programming environment for analog and digital in-circuit and functional test was developed for the tester generations 52xx and 5300. We have been involved with test program development work using this test software for 25 years and have a very wide knowledge of various applications.

• Generation of ICT programs with our own tools or manually (AIC or UTP)
• Pasting into a suitable framework program (individual tests, N-up)
• Debugging the ICT program (on-site if required)
• Programming the functional test program
• Debugging the FCT program (on-site if required)
• Programming of additional tools and libraries
• Integration of additional programmer hardware
